Other browsers may be outdated, which may cause prolonged website loading times or affect your online security. So, always use one of those browsers.
If you’ve looked up a company, you’ll be shown this button.
Click it and some information about the company will appear. Graydon, in this example.
In the section “Your reference for this company” you can then add your own reference (for archive purposes for instance).
Don’t forget to save your reference. You’ll see them each time you request a report for this company.
You can easily monitor your usage under the “Management Dashboard” tile. See here how.
Click on “Management Dashboard” and navigate to “Usage”. Here you can check the usage of your users for each product, which looks like this:

You can compare the Monitoring Tool to a security system, both in the positive and in the negative sense. It permanently keeps an eye on your business relations and immediately notifies you if any changes occur. That way, you’ll know immediately when your customer gets into rough financial weather (e.g. negative changes in scores or bankruptcy) or when new opportunities arise (e.g. positive changes in scores or changes in management). Although neutral notifications, such as a transfer or relocation of the registered office or a change in name, can help keep your database up to date.
So, the Monitoring Tool will help avoid any big surprises. You can act immediately if a risk profile changes or if you detect new opportunities to generate more revenue.

APIs aren’t new but they are becoming ever more common. So, the question is not so much whether you should implement this technology, but rather when you will.
With the different Graydon APIs, you can start by integrating relevant, complete, and always up-to-date company data and unique scores directly into the systems you know and trust. So, you’ll no longer have to log in to different applications to combine or transfer information, meaning the risk of errors decreases.
Currently, Graydon has 8 APIs available: business profile, decision-making model, monitoring, search, scores, risk & compliance, XSeptions, and Salesforce. But you can continuously expect new releases in the future. An overview of all APIs and a detailed description is available on this site.
