The best experience with the fastest browsers

At Graydon, we like to work efficiently and, undoubtedly, so do you. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari are the most efficient browsers for surfing the internet and using Graydon Insights.

Other browsers may be outdated, which may cause prolonged website loading times or affect your online security. So, always use one of those browsers.

Adding references when you request a report

If you’ve looked up a company, you’ll be shown this button.

Click it and some information about the company will appear. Graydon, in this example.

In the section “Your reference for this company” you can then add your own reference (for archive purposes for instance).

Don’t forget to save your reference. You’ll see them each time you request a report for this company.

Monitor your usage in the management dashboard

You can easily monitor your usage under the “Management Dashboard” tile. See here how.

Click on “Management Dashboard” and navigate to “Usage”. Here you can check the usage of your users for each product, which looks like this:

There are 2 different ways to check your usage:

  • Based on the unique company numbers that you’ve requested

  • Based on all the reports you’ve requested

Click one of these two buttons to download your detailed usage as an Excel spreadsheet.

A simple explanation of the Monitoring Tool

You can compare the Monitoring Tool to a security system, both in the positive and in the negative sense. It permanently keeps an eye on your business relations and immediately notifies you if any changes occur. That way, you’ll know immediately when your customer gets into rough financial weather (e.g. negative changes in scores or bankruptcy) or when new opportunities arise (e.g. positive changes in scores or changes in management). Although neutral notifications, such as a transfer or relocation of the registered office or a change in name, can help keep your database up to date.

So, the Monitoring Tool will help avoid any big surprises. You can act immediately if a risk profile changes or if you detect new opportunities to generate more revenue.

Monitoring Tool: make good use of the holiday period

Do you have an Advanced or Premium Package and have you requested a report on a company? Then you can place that company into monitoring at no additional cost. Why would you not want to make use of that? View the tutorial video below, it will explain in detail how you can get started.

API: An easy way to integrate data and insights

APIs aren’t new but they are becoming ever more common. So, the question is not so much whether you should implement this technology, but rather when you will.

With the different Graydon APIs, you can start by integrating relevant, complete, and always up-to-date company data and unique scores directly into the systems you know and trust. So, you’ll no longer have to log in to different applications to combine or transfer information, meaning the risk of errors decreases.

Currently, Graydon has 8 APIs available: business profile, decision-making model, monitoring, search, scores, risk & compliance, XSeptions, and Salesforce. But you can continuously expect new releases in the future. An overview of all APIs and a detailed description is available on this site.

A link via API is fairly easy to install, by the way. All technical information for doing this can be found on the website: www.graydon.io.
