Graydon Credit Limit

The credit limit

Do you work with short-term orders and want to take a credit decision quickly? Then the credit limit is exceptionally interesting and the absolute minimum basis for your decisions. The credit limit tells you how much cash a company can make available in the short term to pay its outstanding debts.

Uniform assessments

With the credit advice, you only look at one amount, which is easy to interpret. In this way, every employee in your company decides on the same basis and you receive uniform assessments. The credit limit is calculated based on various elements, depending on the type of company.

  • The credit limit for companies is calculated based on their annual account.
  • Or based on the registered capital, if no annual account is available.
  • For sole traders, the founding date is a decisive factor.

Please note, the credit limit indicates whether an organisation can pay its bills. This does not mean that the organisation will actually do this. That is what the payment score and the payment behaviour are for.
