New insights, new scores, new platform
Assessing opportunities, seeking returns, coordinating... In the future, a finance department will no longer be concerned with just providing credit or collecting invoices. They'll find a more versatile to-do list on their plate. A modern credit manager no longer needs to have a financial profile.
That's why we've been working hard behind the scenes on a new platform, Graydon Insights, which provides answers to new developments and changing regulations. The good news is that you can enjoy this upgrade within your current agreement at no extra charge.
This means that MyGraydon, the platform you have been using up until now, will no longer be supported. But don't worry. On Graydon Insights, you will find your trusted solutions with a brand new look & feel. We've also added a range of additional scores and insights.
Below, we briefly walk you through the upgrade in the different blocks.
What does this mean for you in concrete terms?
You can currently find our trusted reports via My Graydon. This platform will soon no longer be supported and you will receive an upgrade to our new 'future-proof' solution.
Keep a close eye on your inbox in the near future, as we'll be sending out information about your upgrade on a regular basis. The exact date of the upgrade will be sent to you at least 1 week in advance. From that point on, My Graydon will no longer be available to you and you can login to Graydon Insights.
Insights at a glance
With the new Graydon Credit Reports, you'll still be able to access company information just like you've come to expect from us, but on a platform that's completely adapted to your current needs.
The layout on screen is clear and intuitive. In the different tabs you will find a general summary, ratings, and scores (including the new discontinuity and growth score), financial data (including annual accounts), payment behaviour, company structure, and special characteristics.
The tabs mean you don't have to scroll, you can simply switch from one tab to another. Whether you are working with a new customer or supplier or you're curious about your current business contacts, Graydon Credit Reports ensures that you have all the insights at a glance so you can always make the right decisions.
Stay up to date with developments
As a professional, you know how important it is to stay up to date with trends and developments – not only about your market but about your customers and suppliers, too.
Our new Graydon Monitoring Tool gives you the ability to decide for yourself when you want to receive which updates about those relationships. Customise your preferences at any time and only get notifications that are relevant to you.In addition, you'll get information on your own company free of charge in our Graydon Monitoring Tool. That means you'll always be informed about how other companies see you.
Additional insights and scores
Graydon is innovation, there's no doubt about it. We've been working very hard to build our platform, Graydon Insights, but first and foremost, we've been working on our insights and scores! For example, we have launched several innovative new scores, like the growth score and the discontinuity score.
These scores are all part of your upgrade. More value for money.
Fully adapted to new corporate legislation
The new corporate legislation that comes into force on 1 May will also have an impact on your company and your acceptance policy.
Our scores and insights have already been adjusted to the new company legislation. So the new solutions will not only feature improved functionalities and new scores, but will also be fully in line with new legislation.
Thanks to your upgrade, you can always be sure you have the most up-to-date information.
Payment experiences
Since 1984, Graydon Belgium has been running the Data Exchange Pooling programme, an exchange project in which thousands of suppliers share millions of payment experiences with each other, discreetly and anonymously. Payment behaviour and scores remain part of Graydon Credit Reports and offer you more information about the payment behaviour of your business relationships in a clear, fresh design.
That allows you to quickly and efficiently base decisions on qualitative, reliable data and proactively offer every customer appropriate payment solutions.

FAQ
When can I use the new platform?
The exact upgrade date will be sent to your inbox at least 1 week in advance. Did you miss the e-mail? No problem. You can also check your upgrade date on My Graydon.
How much does the upgrade cost?
Graydon is constantly innovating so that we can help you grow. This upgrade will be available to you at no extra cost as part of your current agreement. More value for money.
I can't find my activation link. What now?
You will receive the activation link by e-mail on the day of your upgrade. The e-mail will be sent from noreply@graydon-global.com and have the subject line 'Your Graydon Insights account'.
Sometimes the e-mail might end up in your junk or spam folder. To make sure you don't miss the email, we recommend that you add noreply@graydon-global.com to your address book or trusted sender list.
My activation link has expired. How do I register?
The activation e-mail you receive is valid for 28 days. If that period has ended, the activation link in the e-mail is no longer usable. Contact our Customer Success department on 03 280 88 80 or support@graydon.be. They will take the necessary steps to ensure that you receive a new e-mail and can use the upgrade.
What is the URL of the new platform?
You can login to Graydon Insights at https://graydon-insights.com/. Tip! Save this URL to your favourites or bookmarks. That way you're only one click away from up-to-date information.
I forgot my password. How can I log in?
You can access the Graydon Insights login screen via https://graydon-insights.com/. On that page, click on 'Forgot your password? Then enter your e-mail address and click 'submit'. You will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to change your password.
Tip: For security reasons, we recommend that you change your password regularly. You can also do this by clicking on 'Forgot your password?
